Medical Authentication

Your immediate protection is our priority.

We have recently changed the membership criteria to make doctor / healthcare provider authentication of your medical details optional at time of joining. However, it is important that your medical information is accurate and therefore we do highly recommend you still get this authentication at your next doctor’s appointment.

If you are unable to have the information verified at time of joining, when you receive your membership package please take your membership card with you next time you visit your doctor. Your doctor can then check and confirm your medical details and you can return the card to us signed and stamped by your doctor (with or without changes to the card). We will then update your database file with any changes, confirm on your record your information has been authenticated and issue you a new card. That way you have the best possible protection MedicAlert® provides.
